Hi Guys,

I have a problem with the application on the new update for Windows 10. When I try to switch to service mode I get an error and below is a snap from the log file:

You will need to delete "Bvckup 2 Service" account using Windows user account management tools, e.g. compmgmt.msc

This would typically happen when the bvckup2 is manually changed to run under a different user account, then the app switched to the desktop mode and you try and switch it back to run as a service.

Thanks Alex, that did the trick.
