I cannot see a bvckup2.log

John,

this means that the log file was corrupted by an external event to the point where the program can't make any sense out of it. This happens after the computer runs into a blue screen crash or if it is powered down abruptly.

Right-click on the backup job that's having this trouble, select Open Folder > Configuration and Logging, then delete backup.log and backup.0.log files and restart the program.

OK, thanks. It is working now.
PC was powered down abruptly with a power cut.
