Sep 26, 2018This is most likely due to an antivirus interference if you are running one.
You may try re-creating auto-launch arrangements by first switching this option off in Preferences, OK-aying the changes and then switching it back on.
If the program is set to run with full admin privileges, this should create an at-logon task in Windows Task Scheduler called "Bvckup 2, for S-1-...". For non-privileges setups this merely creates a shortcut in Startup folder of the Start menu.
