Ignore folders instead of exclude (and delete!)

Hi,
I've seen a few similar questions but not 100% got my answer.

I sync an entire drive to network location. I do not want  to sync the contents of one folder (let's say it's called "temp").

I want bvckup to ignore that folder and contents and NOT sync it to destination...however I don't want it to delete the folder either.

"Temp" exists at the destination and I want to leave it there with whatever contents.

Is this possible (it should be IMO) and if so can someone provide simple guide.

Many Thanks!

I completely missed this as thought I would get email alert if watching...doh!

I think I'm being stupid but I can't find bvckup2-ui.ini
Running as service on Windows 10.

Nevermind - found it. Under %LocalAppData%

It also appears that this destination exclude function is exactly what I needed -  thanks!! Will test a little more but looks good.

Last question... to acheive what I want, I assume i need to add the exclude for folder "temp" on the source AND new destination "what to backup" tabs?

You should've, but looking at the log I don't see it going out. Hmm.

Ah, that's because you didn't confirm your email address until after I posted my reply.

Correct.
