Backup continually scanning destination

I seemed to be having problems with a backup that was on an internal 1TB hard drive in that it was always queued or just 'working'. I deleted that job and set up a new job to backup some files from my C: drive to the same internal spare 1TB drive. I have run the backup but it is continually saying 'scanning destination' and I can't get the backup to run. Can you advise please? Thanks.

For info I have the device tracking set to off.

This is an issue with 78.12 and 78.14 releases.

If you are running one of these:

1. Press Ctrl-Shift-Esc to bring up Task Manager and "end" Bvckup 2 task.
2. Download and install current version from https://bvckup2.com/update

If you are on any other release, let me know. You can see your version in Menu > Help > About.
